Nokia N8 gets a device software update to Symbian Anna. This update is sized at 25 MB for FOTA (Firmware Over The Air) download. For the FOTA update, simply launch the Software Update application from the Applications menu. You can get this update even from the Ovi Suite and the Nokia Software Updater (NSU) which is sized at 265 MB. Download using these applications will give you the complete firmware re-installation which is recommended because with FOTA you may miss out on some of the additional software. The new firmware version is 022.014
As per the Ovi Suite, the change-log says,
- Version 022.014
- Improved features and performance
- Updated applications
- Better Stability
